Hi lovely ones! A quick update from me to let you know that I'll be changing things up in August so I can spend some quality time with my family 💗

🌺I'm excited to be opening the Blossom Sky Wellbeing doors every evening from Tuesday to Friday and Saturday afternoons for treatments**

Friday was a GREAT DAY! ✨️✨️✨️

Another day of Reiki Level 1 training, this time with the wonderful Amanda Newlyn ~ who is not only a great friend and newly qualified Sunrise Facilitator, but a hugely empathic soul with care for others at her core. The energy was flowing as we explored the fundamentals of Reiki, unlocking the healing potential that is innate in all of us.

I'm always blown away by the gentle power of Reiki and feel so honoured to share this with others.

I'm now fully booked for Reiki training days until September ~ keep your eyes peeled for dates coming soon!

💫A wonderful week of Reiki!💫

Last week was full of Reiki love, from providing treatments to regulars and new clients, to one-to-one Reiki training days for both levels 1 and 2 for two beautiful souls!

Sharing the power of intention, connection, science and magick through this gentle but powerful technique for healing the self and others.

Spring yoga update! 🌸 🐝Because I'm being a busy bee with and over the next few weeks, there's a slight change in schedule for my Flow, Yin Yoga with Reiki classes at .

The next sessions will be;

🧘🏼‍♀️ Tuesday 15th April 10am to 11.30am - with a focus on strengthening the back, shoulders and neck (in preparation for shoulder stand if that's in your practice, but there's no pressure!)

🌏Tuesday 22nd April 10am to 11.30 - we'll explore grounding and rooting poses and meditation, in honour of Earth Day.

💖Then sessions will continue fortnightly💖

What is Reiki?🙌

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful healing modality, using hands-off or light touch techniques to channel Universal life force energy, promoting healing for the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

It was originated by Japanese Buddist priest, martial artist and spiritual seeker, Dr Mikao Usui.

Receiving energy healing can be relaxing, restorative, balancing, or awakening, working with our bodies at a quantum level and unlocking what we really need to feel our best.

Reiki is deeply rooted in scientific principles. At a physical level, it helps to calm the nervous system and allow the body to tap into its own self-healing abilities.

When the body is relaxed and rested, this is when we are able to return to balance (or homeostasis) and a state of healing oneself.

This in turn can lead to powerful shifts our emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Reiki is known to provide many incredible benefits;

reduce stress
ease tension
unblock energy pathways
bring ourselves back to our bodies
be present
enhance sleep
promote nourishing deep breathing
relieve pain
ease discomfort
support emotional release

Happy Sunday my loves!

After a few months in creation I am delighted to tell you that my Usui Reiki Training courses are ready to share with the world and that I am now an Accredited Training Provider
with IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)!

💗I have lovingly curated the courses and manuals for my one-to-one training days, which will take place here at my treatment space at Blossom Sky Wellbeing, especially for you.

💗I am very excited to be releasing all the details of my courses in the next few days for ~

Puppy love! 💖🐕Just thought I'd give a shout out to Star, who many of you will have met! Our cheeky 3 year old Fox Lab has taken it upon herself to come and greet clients as they come into Blossom Sky Wellbeing.

Although she knows her place is in the house next door, she cannot help but sassily saunter up the stairs into Blossom Sky reception to say hello, demand a cuddle, sniff around the room to ensure all is well, then take herself back downstairs and through the door into the house.🌟 It is her new ritual! 🌟

Thankfully, everyone who has experienced the new 'Star welcome' has enjoyed the love, but I will always check that it's ok as not everyone is a dog lover (although how can you resist those beautiful eyes 👀!!!)
