Every year I’m asked whether I’ll be offering Black Friday deals on injectables, and every year the answer is the same: I don’t discount medical treatments.

This isn’t because I’m against offers in general.
It’s because injectables are medical procedures, involving prescription-only medicines and regulated devices. They fall under strict professional and advertising rules, and decisions around them should never be influenced by urgency or a promotion.

Here are the key guidelines that shape my approach:

• MHRA: Prescription-only medicines (like Botox) cannot be promoted with discounts or offers.
• ASA/CAP: Medical procedures shouldn’t be marketed using time-limited deals or urgency messaging.
• Save Face: Accredited practitioners must avoid promotions that could influence patient decision-making.
• NMC Code: Patients must make informed, pressure-free decisions based purely on clinical suitability.

For me, this isn’t about what other clinics choose to do, it’s about the standards and ethics that underpin my practice as a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber.

My priority is always your safety, your results, and ensuring you have the time and space to make decisions that feel right for you. No gimmicks, no countdowns, no sales tactics, just honest, evidence-based care.

There are two sides to every story… and these are mine...

Gloves On:
I absolutely love my job. Every single day is different and I get to spend time with the loveliest patients. We have SUCH a laugh, sometimes even a cry, and always a good old natter. I’m forever reading, learning and researching new treatments, devices and products because I genuinely adore what I do. It’s a job that fills me with passion, purpose and pride.

Gloves Off:
I’m a mum to two amazing kids and one daft dog, and a wife of 11 years to Oliver. My little family is my whole world. My mum and sisters are my best friends and my daily lifeline, we speak constantly and get each other through anything. I’m the least glamorous person you’ll ever meet; happiest in a hoodie and leggings, I've always got a poo-bag in my pocket and mud on my shoes! Everything I do is for my children, to set a good example, and to show love, support and kindness in everything I do. 🥰

Whether my gloves are on or off, I work hard and put my heart into everything I do. For my patients, for my family and for myself. Thankyou to everyone who supports me, trusts me and chats absolute nonsense with me in the clinic… you make my job what it is 💛
