15 years of nursing: 2011 -> 2026!

Different settings, different roles, different seasons of life, but always the same values.

This career has taken me from hospital wards, to hospice care, to community nursing, through motherhood, study, fear, growth and risk-taking… and finally to a place that feels right.

I don’t take lightly the responsibility that comes with injecting faces, prescribing medication, or holding someone’s trust. Everything I do now is built on the foundations laid long before aesthetics.

I’m proud of where I’ve come from, and even prouder of the clinic I’ve built which is proudly safe, ethical, evidence-based, and patient-led.

First appointments can feel daunting, especially when it’s something new.

One of the things I value most is taking the time to explain why a treatment is being recommended, how it works, and whether it’s actually appropriate in the first place.

That starting with an honest conversation, setting realistic expectations, and building treatment plans built around anatomy, evidence, and long-term outcomes.

Creating a calm, private environment where patients feel listened to and reassured is just as important as the treatment itself.

Filler Fear... It’s real and understandable.

In recent years, confidence in dermal filler has shifted, not because filler has suddenly become unsafe, but because standards across the industry have become inconsistent.

When treatments are poorly planned, rushed, trend-led, or carried out without proper anatomical knowledge, trust is understandably lost.
As an NMC Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber, my role isn’t to sell treatments, it’s to protect patients.

Every decision I make is guided by anatomy, evidence, safety, and long-term outcomes.
That means:
• honest advice
• appropriate treatment (or no treatment at all)
• reputable, medical-grade products
