I get asked about my qualifications fairly often, so I wanted to explain what a Level 7 PGDip in Clinical Aesthetics actually involves — because it's more than most people realise.

Level 7 is postgraduate, master's level study. It covers advanced facial anatomy, the pharmacology of the products we use, managing complications, patient assessment, and the ethics of aesthetic practice. It's not a weekend course. It's dedicated clinical study on top of an already established nursing career.

Combined with my prescriber status — which means I can legally prescribe the treatments I administer — and nearly two decades of nursing experience, it's the foundation I build every treatment on.

I'm not sharing this to show off, but I am proud of my achievements. I'm sharing it because I think you deserve to know exactly who is treating you, and why qualifications in this industry genuinely matter.

Looking for immediate volume AND long-lasting skin rejuvenation? Meet Lenisna. ✨

If you want natural-looking results that actually improve your skin over time, it is time to talk about Lenisna.

Lenisna is an advanced hybrid injectable that combines the best of both worlds

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) for an immediate, hydrating lift and instant volume.

Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) to act as a powerful biostimulator, actively kickstarting your body’s own collagen production for months to come.

What is it used for?
Lenisna is perfect for deep tissue restoration and facial rejuvenation. It effectively targets:
• Deep wrinkles and nasolabial folds
• Loss of volume in the cheeks and temples
• Marionette lines
• Overall skin laxity and firmness

The result? You walk out with an immediate glow and structural lift, while your skin continues to rebuild its natural collagen network from the inside out.

You might have seen the Save Face logo on my profile — but what does it actually mean for you?

Save Face is a government-approved register of practitioners who meet rigorous standards in qualifications, insurance, and patient safety. It's completely independent, and being on it means I've been vetted — not self-certified.

In an industry that is still largely unregulated, that matters more than most people realise. Anyone can legally pick up a syringe and call themselves an aesthetic practitioner. Save Face helps you cut through that noise and find someone you can genuinely trust.

I'm proud to be registered. It's one of the ways I hold myself accountable — not just to my patients, but to the standards I believe this industry should be held to.

People often come to me saying "I don't want to look done." And honestly ! That's what I like to hear.

My whole approach is about helping you look and feel like yourself again — rested, refreshed, and a little more like you did a few years ago. Not a different person. Not frozen. Not obvious.

Take this cheek augmentation for example all we wanted to achieve was to replace what time has taken away. Just a subtle amount of volume to plump and refresh.

What does "natural" mean to you when it comes to aesthetics? I'd love to know. 👇

Before I ever picked up a syringe in aesthetics, I spent years in coronary care.

I qualified as a registered nurse in 2006 and worked in a high-pressure clinical environment — where reading a patient, making fast decisions, and getting it right really mattered. That background never leaves you. It shapes how I assess, how I listen, and how seriously I take every single person who sits in my treatment chair.

I made the move into aesthetics in 2017, and I've never looked back. But I didn't leave my clinical instincts at the door. If anything, they've become the foundation of everything I do at The Bank Clinic.

When you choose a practitioner, you're not just choosing a treatment. You're choosing a level of care. 🤍

A consultation isn’t a quick tick-box exercise. It’s a conversation.

It’s time for you to tell me what’s bothering you, what you’ve noticed changing, what you’d like to feel when you look in the mirror. And it’s time for me to assess your skin, your anatomy, your lifestyle, your medical history — and give you honest, safe advice.

We both bring something to the table.

Not everything needs to happen at once. In fact, it rarely should. Some treatments give more immediate, visible changes. Others are slower, working quietly in the background to improve skin quality and structure over time.

The best results are rarely rushed. They’re planned.

The Bank Clinic isn’t just a workplace — it’s something we’ve built with care.

Behind every appointment is a team who genuinely enjoy working together.
We support each other, we learn together, and we all share the same goal — helping you feel comfortable, listened to and confident in your own skin.

It’s important to me that the clinic feels calm, welcoming and professional… but never intimidating.

Whether you’re coming in for a treatment, a skin consultation, or just to ask a question — you’re always welcome here.

If people you don’t know notice, it’s probably too much.

The most beautiful results are rarely obvious.

I stage treatments slowly.
I reassess.
I prefer to under-treat and review, rather than overcorrect.

Faces need proportion. They need movement. They need individuality.

Overfilled cheeks, heavy lower faces, distorted lips — these happen when speed and volume replace strategy.

Less, done well, lasts longer.

My aim is never to change your face.
It’s to support it as it evolves.

Ageing in the face isn’t just about lines on the surface.

It’s a gradual structural change.

Collagen and elastin reduce, so the skin becomes thinner and less firm.
Fat pads that once gave softness and support begin to shrink, shift downward — and in some areas, enlarge.
Retaining ligaments loosen, meaning the tissues they once held in place start to descend.
Muscle tone changes, altering facial dynamics and expression.
Even the bone remodels and reabsorbs over time, reducing the framework that supports everything above it.

What we see in the mirror isn’t just “wrinkles.”
It’s a layered process happening at skin, fat, muscle and bone level.

Understanding that structure is what allows treatments to be subtle, balanced and natural.

If I’m honest, saying no isn’t easy.

I never want to disappoint someone who has taken the time — and often the courage — to sit in front of me and share what’s bothering them.

When a patient tells me they see something, I believe them.
I don’t dismiss it.
I don’t tell them they’re wrong.

Because what they’re feeling is real.

But there’s a balance.

My responsibility is to help — not to overcorrect something subtle, and not to create a new issue by trying to fix something that doesn’t truly need fixing.

I would rather have a thoughtful, honest conversation than agree to a treatment that goes against my professional judgement.

That balance can be difficult.
But protecting your face long term will always matter more than pleasing in the moment.

Aesthetic treatments are personal. For some people, they’re deeply personal. My clinic is built on discretion, not display.

But there’s another reason.

The work I do is subtle. It’s not about dramatic transformations. It’s about restoring what has slowly changed — softening tiredness, replacing volume that has naturally reduced, supporting facial structure in a way that still looks like you.

Often, the best compliment my patients receive is:
“You look well.”
Not,
“What have you had done?”

That’s the kind of result I aim for.

My clinic isn’t built on before & afters.
It’s built on trust, assessment, and long-term care.

And that will always matter more.
