~ Change to class schedule ~
Hello! Long time no see, I’m just here to let you know that my yoga class schedule is changing slightly!
Starting Monday 17th October our morning classes in Scotton will be on a Monday instead of a Wednesday. Same time and same place (Scotton Methodist Chapel 9:30-10:30am)
Our evening classes are staying the same, every Thursday evening at Scotton Methodist Church 6:30-7:30pm

I am starting an evening yoga class in Scotton Methodist Church hall, every Thursday evening 6:30-7:30pm.
Our first class is Thursday 5th May, please make sure you book a space if you would like to come 🥰

My Easter Sunday mainly looked like this, how was yours?🍦
It’s been a long old while since I posted on the grid so I think I may start to post a little bit more, but posting things that bring me all the joy so it doesn’t feel like a tick box exercise🌸
Anyway, I’m still teaching. I hold 2 classes a week in Scotton, they’re nice small classes with lots of flowy stretches. Message me for details. Or if you’re interested in 1:1 yoga etc etc. I’m all ears👂

•Wednesday morning 9:30-10:30am at Scotton Methodist Chapel
•Thursday evening 7-8pm at Arkendale Village Hall

It’s a gloriously sunny outside today and I think it’s gonna be one of those perfect autumn days, where it’s chilly and crisp outside but the sun is shining, my fav!
Just a reminder that there is no Thursday evening yoga this week, I do still have a class on Wednesday morning in Scotton, just message me to join🥰

Happy Wednesday!🌿
I have decided not to hold my class this week as its Yorkshire Show week and traffic normally causes mayhem in and around Harrogate!🚜
So instead I am spending time on my mat and planning and playing with new flows and sequences, putting all of my inspiration together into flows, it feels great🥳
