Happy summer solstice!
Hope you have had a lovely adventurous summer day today or you are planning something for this weekend!

Myself and the kids got up at 4am today and headed to Brimham Rocks in time to hear the silence along with the birds, no one else was there for over an hour and it was blissful. We then went to Janet's Foss for some wild swimming, cold but amazing.

Tell me what your plans are for this summer? What is it bringing for you?

My main plan is to try and stay cool... Yep, I'm currently a human incubator, universe gifted and I received. Halfway through my 3rd pregnancy! 🤰

Hope everyone is enjoying their bank holiday weekend!

We had adventures yesterday, relaxing yesterday and meant to be getting some stuff around the house done today but nope I've got one poorly boy in bed with me.
We'll see how the day goes.

Remember sometimes we can plan but sometimes the universe takes the decisions for us or responsibilities do! Lol

What does flow look like for you?
For myself it's about allowing things to change as and when needed but always remembering it's for the best.

The best thing I have found for achieving flow has been to remove any stagnation and crap from my body and aura. The thing that started this off was over 4 years ago when I did a 10 day cleanse which I have repeated every year since to allow more renewal and flow of what I want into my life.
