"My husband has been into Overfields for respite twice. He was cared for with the utmost kindness and respect by all of the staff, his personal care and his room was always clean and tidy. They took time to engage with him asking him about his life, which he loved. He really enjoyed both of his stays and will not hesitate to take him for respite in the future - all in all excellent staff and facilities."

Over at Overfields & The Fairways, they kicked off the Christmas season with a big old party!
Staff dressed up in Christmas costumes and put on an amazing spread of food for residents, guests and staff!
Everyone had a brilliant time socialising and enjoying a dance to Christmas music!

Hill Top are hosting an Autumn Fair!
Friends and Family are invited to join us on November 1st from 2 pm to 4 pm for a fun-filled day with a Tombola, Bing, Hook a Duck, Ping Pong and much more.

Residents from the Fairways had such a wonderful time at the Emergency Service Museum.
Housed within a Victorian police, fire, and ambulance station in Sheffield, we enjoyed a full, rich day learning the history of our amazing emergency services!

Fairways residents have been for a walk around Normanby Hall this morning to collect leaves and seasonal materials to make an autumn bowl and feed the ducks! 🦆🦆

Overfields and Fairways had a MacMillan Coffee Day in the Bridge Cafe.
Thank you to everyone who turned out to make this day special. We managed to raise £174.23 for MacMillan Cancer Support!

"What a relief to find a well organsised, clean and well staffed care home for my mum. She was discharged from hospital 2.5 years ago directly into another care home not so far away but not so good.
The contrast in staff is quite stark. At the old one they were into managing decline, not for the benefit of the residents, but simply to make things easier for the carers who did little or nothing beyond basic care.
From the start Hilltop was different. The manager and senior nurse went to the mum's former home to get details on her care plan and were sadly disappointed, but thakfully they agreed to take mum in.
Her room is clean odour free and spacious. -as the the home itself. The facilities include people who's very job is to engage with and entertain the residents, we met both and were mightily impressed with their energy and dedication --observed over a number of visits. The Management, Admin and carers we've met are superb. Not enough space to say much more than Thank God for Hilltop."

Lots of fun is being had in The Fairways as we prepare some decorations for Halloween!
We can't wait to see how spooky the home looks!

We had so much fun with some drum therapy!
Everyone had a brilliant time making so much noise.
