Did you know we also do pet cremations ?

Here at Wilson & Cooper, we are huge animal lovers, fully aware our little furry four-legged pets an important part of the family. ♥️

Our cremations, starting from just £250, include collection of your beloved pet back to in to our chapel where we will take paw prints, fur clipping, and nose prints. The cremation will be an individual cremation and all ashes returned with a certificate of cremation. Along with a press notice of passing over the rainbow bridge 🌈 🐾🐾🐾

on 17th August Mick ( Michael) Barratt passed away peacefully in the loving care of Randolph House , aged 88 years .
husband to the much loved and greatly missed Audrey, respected, loved, and missed dad of Dee ( Denise ) and son in law Martin.
Fishing buddy and lifelong friend of the late Keith , Macmillan fundraiser with his "gang" of helpers in Scunthorpe for 14 years.
Bother of Anne, Joan, and the late Pat & Betty , dad to the late Andrew.
A celebration of his life is to be held on Thursday 11th September , 12noon, Woodlands Crematorium.
Mick requested donations to Macmillan Nurses instead of flowers, also, please feel free to wear bright clothing.

It's with great sadness that we announce Terry passed away peacefully in the early hours on Friday 1st August 2025 at the valleys care home, aged 81 years.

Loving husband to Ann, fantastic dad to Nick & Craig, father in law to Joanne & Louise, special and wonderful grandad to all his grandchildren, son to the late George & Evelyn, brother to Mary & Christine. Terry was a dear friend to many and will be missed by all.❤️

A funeral service will take place to remember and celebrate his life on Thursday, 14th August 2025, 1.20pm Woodlands Crematorium Scunthorpe. Family flowers only please, but all donations to Alzheimers society. ❤️

It is with the deepest sadness that we announce that Frank passed away peacefully on Monday, 21st July 2025 at Gresham Lodge Care Home with both of his daughters by his side, aged 94 years.



Devoted Husband of the late Lena and loving Father to Michele and Lisa.

Stepfather to Sandra, Kenny, and Sharon.

Adored Grandad and Great Grandad ... with a special mention to Michele and Lisa’s children ...
