As the days begin to shorten it becomes time for us to turn inward and reflect on the past seasons. In September I taught Reiki level 1 to two lovely people. It was a pleasure and delight to help them embark on their Reiki Journeys. This is what one student had to say:

Now, (as we approach the festival of Samhain), is a perfect time to have a Reiki session and perhaps embark on the journey of learning how to give Reiki to yourself, your friends and relatives. Learning Reiki Level 1 can really enhance your life and help to balance your energies. It can be a challenge to maintain our energies as we go into the darker months. Reiki can bring light and warmth into our days by cleansing and balancing the chakras. Why not take the opportunity to engage with this gentle, peaceful energy during these coming months.
