So much love and gratitude for 2025.
Regular sound baths in Lincoln Gardens Community Centre Scunthorpe, Fernwood Village Hall Newark and Jasmine Trust School of Yoga Retford with the most supportive hosts, always joined by the most beautiful souls🤍
This year I hosted 40 beautiful women in one space – what an incredible experience! And on a more regular basis, our monthly sessions have evolved from sound baths into Reiki-infused, gently guided meditation sound baths with cacao.
We’ve shared sourdough, sunflowers, journeys, laughter and deeply personal moments. I’ve been so blessed with thoughtful gifts too – beautiful poinsettias and homemade chutneys (so lucky!).
I graduated as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and gained my lovely little hypno family. I’ve seen so much success with hypnotherapy clients, supporting everything from hypnoslim to fear of flying, panic attacks and anxiety.
I also completed all of my case studies and became a certified Gentle Release Practitioner. It’s been such a privilege to share this work with so many of you, and the benefits have blown us away. 1:1 clients have experienced incredible shifts – from pain easing, to easier breathing, to releasing grief that had been carried for years.
I’ve also been blessed to welcome a Sacred Forest Crystal Harp into our setup – and I’m absolutely loving the beautiful feedback from you all.
As always, I’m eternally grateful to every one of you who trusts me to walk alongside you on your journey. I carry each of you in my heart, and so many of you now feel like friends.
