✨This morning was everything✨
This week felt different for me — it was busier than usual, and a few things came up. This left me not quite in my usual mindset, but that was okay. I sat with it and allowed it to rise and pass.
This morning though, I was met with the most beautiful view from my bedroom window. As we set off, eight Ferraris came winding through the village - usually its tractors rambling by! We then paused for cows crossing, and all the while the sun shone down on us. 🐄
As I got closer to Lincoln gardens, everything I had been holding seemed to melt away, and I arrived feeling so much lighter.
Oh, how good it was to see the beautiful souls who joined me, they all hold such a special place in my heart.
And then I received a gift — “just a little something,” she said… but how touched I am. A beautiful cup with such a meaningful sentiment. Thank you 🤍
Today was a beautiful session, and at the end I did wonder if anyone was going to stir — it felt quite special leaving them resting there for a while.
My heart is happy. 🙏🏻
