Your role:
As a naturally caring and compassionate person, you will play an important role in delivering great quality, person-centred care to all of our amazing residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing excellent care and support to residents
• Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship to residents
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
• Providing support and guidance to family members
• Communicating appropriately with residents, taking into account their individual needs
• Maintaining effective working relationships with other team members
• Ensuring the people we support have opportunities to be actively involved in the internal and external communities
We are looking for enthusiastic, naturally caring and professional people to help make a difference in our resident's lives. Qualifications in care are beneficial but not necessary to apply as we provide all necessary training and will support you through your career in care. We are able to provide you with ongoing training and contribute to your professional development.
