It was a truly touching farewell, made even more meaningful by the presence of her beloved dog, Axel, who was dressed for the occasion and able to attend to say his own quiet goodbye. 🐾

A beautiful reminder of just how strong the bond between people and their pets can be.

Christmas can be a difficult time for those who are grieving.
While the world feels busy and joyful, many are quietly missing someone they love.

If this season feels heavier for you, please know that there is no “right” way to get through Christmas. It’s okay to step back, to remember, to feel, or simply to take things one day at a time.
