For and , do a mental health M.O.T to check in on yourself...and on a friend.

Even if you're not struggling, someone you know might be. It's not always easy to know if someone's having a hard time - it can be easy to disguise it with a laugh and a joke.

Here are some things to look out for. You, or your mate, may:
↙️Have ups and downs in mood
👻Hang out with the lads less
🔇Seem quieter than usual
🚿Neglect their appearance or hygiene

If you think a mate's struggling, ask them. Give them a safe space to chat.

If you're struggling, it's crucial to remember that it's okay to speak up and seek help. You're not alone.
