We are currently looking for care workers to work 0700-1400 / 1400-2200 shifts for the following areas.

☘️Winterton / Burton - must be a driver

☘️Brigg / Broughton - must be a driver

☘️Lincoln Gardens / Cottage Beck - can be walker / push biker

☘️ Town / Westcliffe - must be driver / push biker

☘️Bottesford - can be Walkers / push biker

☘️ Isle of Axholme- must be drivers (this is for a double up round)

We pay in block pay for the full shift, you are paid full travel time and mileage too. There are benefits such as free child care, wheels to work scheme and discounts.

☘️☘️ STAFF SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT OFFICER☘️☘️

Emerald care services are looking to recruit a staff support officer to support staff whilst working in the community.
To carry out this role you must be able to maintain good relationships with both staff and service users, have good organisational skills and be aware of the importance and legislation regarding providing care in the community.
This role will include carrying out staff competencies, staff probation meetings, staff supervisions and staff appraisals. This is an office based role but you will be expected to travel to service users homes to observe staff whilst carrying out care. There will be a large amount of administration and organisational tasks involved within this role.
This role is designed to ensure care is delivered to the highest standard for our service users. Driving license is essential for this role as mentioned above you will be expected to travel, a full enhanced DBS will need to be applied for if you are successful. So today we delivered 34 christmas dinners for our service users who wouldnt of had one this christmas! They have a sweet cone and mince pie for pudding and crackers to pull with the carers! Thankyou to our office staff who purchased, cooked, plated up and delivered all of the dinners. Thankyou to some of the care staff who helped us to deliver them too 🙂 thankyou to Morrisons supermarket for a £10 voucher, thankyou to SAMs FISH AND CHIP shop for the donation of tubs for the gravy, thankyou Asda for the donation of plates and christmas crackers! And thankyou to BACON & CHARLIE for the donation of two turkey crowns and a gammon joint.
Finally I would like to say a massive thankyou to all of our care workers and office staff for their hard work this year and every year!!
