Rubiks Inclusive Counselling Interventions CIC is a counselling service that offers interventions and groups. We are inclusive of everyone, as everyone needs a listening ear, a support network, and positive and responsive relationships. The activities of the company will benefit children and adults aged 4 and up in the North Lincolnshire and Doncaster areas through the provision of counselling, ps
ychoeducation, wellbeing support, and therapeutic input. The CiC will use student counsellors from local universities to gain hours while also providing a safe environment. This will reduce statutory service as we have staff with a wide range of skills. Another objective is to create a peer support network by utilising people’s strengths and skills, giving people the opportunity to form positive, meaningful relationships. We will engage with people, regardless of protective factors, to have a voice and liaise with services. Our services can be provided in a variety of ways to ensure inclusivity and bespoke therapeutic engagement.’
