Client Notice - Price Increase as of 1st April 2025

It’s always a difficult decision to make when considering value for money for clients but also increasing overheads. As most of you know I used to share rented property, but for the last year now I have been purely responsible for the costs myself and these have increased with a new tenancy agreement along with energy prices and overheads; insurances, supplies, licences of practice etc.

I’ve always aimed at keeping my prices so that they are reasonable and affordable and look closely at other services that are also on offer in our area, be that osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, some of which offer similar sports therapy/massage services but at a greater cost.

As you can appreciate it isn’t an easy decision to make because everyone’s costs are increasing and I am fully aware of this, but I like to think that I continue to offer good value for money and continually continue with professional development to remain a member of a governing body & stand by quality of care and practice.

It’s 17 years this year since starting my business and hopefully all my current clients and also new clients will appreciate the ever increasing overheads I have to contend with; which I have somewhat swallowed for the last few years, certainly since Covid which hasn’t seen overheads return to where they were at.

There will be a £3 increase to appointments. Which will primarily cover my increase in overheads. Appointments will remain an hour long, to include consultation period so not necessarily an hour of hands on therapy but an hour of my time to assess, evaluate, discuss and treat accordingly.

Thank you once again for your continued support over the years & here’s to many years ahead in the industry; providing my hands 🙌🏻 don’t break!!
