Meet Karen and Shona from my Crowle groups theses are but two of my members that have done so well in my groups in Crowle and Winterton last year 😃

Karen is now at target losing an incredible 4stone 9lbs and Shona has lost an incredible 7 stone 4.5 and got her 7 stone award just before Christmas 🩷😃🎄

What a difference a year has made ... to Karen Barbor and Shona Catherine Wright they have lost between them an incredible 12 Stone🩷😃👏

Their journey is proof that determination and support really do pay off. We’re so proud of them both in group 💪💖
