Finding time for your child’s emotional wellbeing can be tricky - that’s why our therapist Emily is now offering after-school sessions, designed to fit conveniently around your family’s schedule.

Emily works creatively with children using play, art, and other expressive approaches - helping them explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills in a safe, supportive space. 💛

At Grey Matters Centre, we offer specialist pre-trial counselling to help you navigate the complex emotions that can arise before, during, and after court proceedings.

💬Pre-trial counselling - gentle, confidential support as you prepare to give evidence or attend court, helping you manage anxiety, fear or uncertainty.

⚖️Justice system support - space to process your experience if you’ve been part of the legal process in any way.

🪶Jury service therapy - counselling for adults who have served on a jury and are finding it difficult to move on or process what they have seen or heard.

Our therapist, Lisa, provides a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space to help you make sense of your experience and begin to restore balance.

🎉We are very proud to let you know that we are offering Enhanced DBS checks to therapists, counsellors, teachers, care workers, social workers or anyone else who needs one for their role.

Enhanced DBS checks can only be requested by a company, not an individual, which means we can apply for one for you.

They usually take 1 to 4 weeks and you will be sent your certificate via 2nd class post.

We have more information on our website for you so please do take a look. We hope this will answer any questions you do have. Please feel very welcome to contact with any other queries you may have.

You are able to choose an appointment time on there and go ahead and book it.
