Had to throw the boys out of the car quickly after training last week and get to this call, no time to change so a stretcher carry in my cycling kit 😂🤦🏻♂️

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust requested assistance to rescue an unconscious patient who had fallen down banking.
Our response vehicles Mobile One and Two attended on bluelights and the team turned out.
Fortunately the paramedic on scene was also a member of Calder Valley Search & Rescue Team and radioed the team for specialist equipment they needed to assist the patient.
The kit list included ropes, rescue stretcher and vacuum mattress . A single backup rope was setup due to the steep ground. The patient then loaded onto the rescue stretcher in a vacuum mattress
Once the decision was made to 'load and go', everyone worked swiftly and efficiently at the scene to extract the patient.
We wish the patient a speedy recovery
