Yesterday I had a Plan of Action appointment with a patient, and I’ll be honest I got a little over-excited 🤩 while explaining everything to her.
Not because of the neck pain, stiffness, or headaches she came in with… but because I’m already looking forward to the day she walks back through the door and says something different. Not just that her symptoms feel better, but that she feels better.
That moment is exactly why I love what I do. 😍
When we carry out an examination and review the results together, along with your health history and what you’re currently experiencing, we’re essentially piecing together a jigsaw puzzle. Every past injury, habit, stress, and experience becomes a piece that helps us understand how your body has adapted over time and how it has created the version of you sitting in front of us today.
💡You've heard the saying "Once you know something you can't un-know it?" (Not sure this is good English though?!)
As chiropractors and osteomyologists, we KNOW 💯 that dysfunction in the spine can irritate and interfere with the nervous system.
✨We KNOW 💯 that this interference can either increase or reduce nerve activity.
✨We KNOW 💯 that the nervous system controls and coordinates everything your body does.
✨And that means when the nervous system is under stress, we KNOW 💯 it can influence how you move, how you feel, and even how you think.
That’s why care is about so much more than chasing symptoms.
It’s about restoring better communication within your body so it can adapt, function, and express health the way it’s designed to.
And the best part?
Watching people rediscover what that feels like.
That’s the moment I get excited about.
Every single time.💚
Can't wait SO!😉
