CUSTOMER NOTICE - Update on Dawn

Dawn sends her apologies for not being in touch lately. She had been in hospital for 16 weeks now and will unfortunately be there for a while yet.

The Salon will remain CLOSED for at least another 6 months while Dawn concentrates on her health.

Once again, many apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Dawn is “doing ok” and sends thanks to everyone that has sent well wishes. She said to say “Hi” 👋🏻 to everyone 😊

⚠️UPDATE⚠️

Dawn is unfortunately still in hospital and still quite poorly.
She has asked me to let you know that she will not be opening the salon before early December.
We will do our best to keep you informed and let you know when the salon will reopen but for now Dawn must concentrate on getting back to good health.

Hi this is Kim posting a message for Dawn. (She won't be able to see it but I will do my best to pass on as many messages as possible)

Dawn had a recent procedure (Thurs 3rd of Nov) in preparation for her gallbladder op.
Unfortunately she developed severe pancreatitis and has been kept in hospital.
She is unsure when she will come out, or be well enough to work. It goes without saying that she is upset by this, and is sorry for any problems caused. She will try to get in touch soon or you may hear from myself.

Hello All, hope you're all well and staying clear of the new variant! 🦠
I was hoping to come back into work this week but I'm really sorry that I can't do it 😔
I've decided to follow my consultants advice and take at least 6 weeks off
Hopefully I'll be back at the end of January🤞

Dawn is home 🏡 and her operation went ok🙌🏻She will not be able to answer the phone 📱 for at least the first week as she is too unwell 🤒
Although she cannot see 👀 Facebook, I have been screenshotting and sending her all your lovely comments ❤️ Keep them coming, we need to keep a smile 😊 on her face through all of this.

Sadly, due to isolation, cancer operation and recovery, the salon is now CLOSED ⛔️
I am hoping to reopen around the middle of January 🙏🏻
I won’t be in salon at all to take messages until mid December 📆

‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE‼️
Hello all, just to let you know I'm finally having my cancer surgery
I will have the operation on Friday 3rd of December.
I will be closed from Thursday 2nd and expect to be off for probably 6 weeks.
I have already contacted clients whose appointments are immediately affected, and will be in touch soon about other cancellations.
I'm really sorry that this means I will be unable to do any Christmas appointments. Kim will keep you updated. I won't see any fb replies but you can text me on

Hi ladies, as promised heres an update with my hospital situation.
It is, unfortunately, bad news but hopefully it will only take surgery to sort it.
Depending on how much they take, and how they do it, will alter my time off.
If salon closures directly affect your appointment I will be in touch. If I can’t get in touch, Kim has very kindly offered to come in and help.
