❗️HEARING AID BATTERIES ❗️
There is still a national shortage of hearing aid batteries being supplied to GP surgeries. We are not able to order any at the moment.
The Audiology department at Scunthorpe General Hospital, have advised patients can collect supplies from them directly.

Ancora Medical Practices online triage facility is accessible to patients from 08:00 every weekday, excluding bank holidays.

Health related enquiries will be triaged by a Clinician and patients will be signposted to and seen by the most appropriate service – this could be a Doctor, Practice Nurse, Nurse Associate, HCA, Social Prescriber, Pharmacy, Sexual Health, Physiotherapy and many other services that are available.

We ask that all sick note, prescription or general admin enquiries are submitted via the ‘I have an admin request’ facility and will be responded to within 48 working hours.

This service is not for urgent requests, if you need urgent medical assistance, please contact 111 or 999 in a medical emergency.

North Lincolnshire South Primary Care Network (PCN) is a network comprising of around 74,000 patients over 6 practices in the Scunthorpe and Surrounding areas.
