We are pleased to support our friends at UCNL University Campus North Lincolnshire (UCNL) for their upcoming Dying Matters Community Event on Wednesday 6th May.

This free event is a welcoming, safe space to talk openly about death, dying, and grief. As part of the afternoon, Lindsey Lodge will be hosting a talk, and there are many other moving activities to take part in, including:

🎭 'My Name Is...' – A special performance at 2pm telling the story of Dr Kate Granger MBE and the campaign.
☕ Death Café – Informal, supportive conversations over tea and biscuits.
📝 Before I Die Wall – A space to share reflections on what matters most in life.
💡 Information & Workshops – Including 'Beyond Loss: Understanding Grief' and stands from local faith leaders and healthcare professionals.

Whether you want to join the conversation or simply listen and reflect, everyone is welcome.

We invite you to join us at Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare for an afternoon dedicated to reflection, connection, and community.

As part of the Dying Matters awareness week, we are hosting "Tea by the Tree". A gentle space to share conversations, remember loved ones, and support one another in a beautiful memorial garden.

When: Friday, 8th May
Time: 2pm
What to expect: A peaceful afternoon of reflection and open conversation over a cup of tea.

Talking about end-of-life matters isn't always easy, but doing it together can make all the difference.
