INTRODUCING OUR HEALING DRUMMING CIRCLE with Simon Cameron! (The amazing guy who does our sound baths) @ Loubie's Bookshop & Kitchen

13th August at 7pm 🫶🏼

Step into a warm, welcoming space and experience the uplifting power of rhythm in our Healing Drumming Circle. Over the course of an hour, you’ll be gently guided through what drumming circles are all about – exploring the benefits for mind, body, and spirit, learning simple techniques, and discovering how playing together creates a sense of deep connection and release.

We’ll build rhythms as a group, flowing with the energy of the moment and creating something truly joyful. Towards the end, we’ll slow the pace for a 15 to 20-minute grounding session, helping you leave feeling balanced, calm, and refreshed.

Drums will be provided for those who need them (we have six available), but if you have your own, please feel free to bring it along. Includes light refreshments, and restorative teas.

No experience needed – just bring your energy and an open heart.

Spaces are limited to keep the group cosy and connected.
