We had some great conversations at this support group yesterday. Very supportive and lots of laughter.

There will be a warm welcome plus plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you. There is no need to book, please come along, meet old friends and make new ones, talk to and share experiences with other people, families and carers who have been affected by neurological conditions.
The Neuro Café is a new venture offering an inclusive and welcoming space, providing a place to meet and connect with others with similar experiences and benefit from signposting to relevant services.

This is a collaborative initiative between:

*Headway Scunthorpe *MS Society *Stroke Association *M N D Association *Parkinsons UK *Huntington’s Disease *Epilepsy Action.

Healthwatch North Lincolnshire spent the day on Thursday at North Lindsey college attending the Be Well event hosted by the college.

We had a great day engaging with students and staff about the work we do in Healthwatch and how we use their feedback and experiences to help improve health and social care within North Lincolnshire.

The second annual Share for Better Care Week will run from Monday 23 March to
Sunday 29 March. The campaign, jointly run with the Care Quality Commission,
aims to raise public awareness of why speaking up about care matters and
encourage more people to act by sharing feedback with us or the health and
social care services that support them.
