SDA Massage I am a qualified level 4 VTCT Sport Therapist. I offer sport massages to help with the aches, pains and some times injuries from training / competing in sport.

along with this I can offer advise on demonstrations on stretching before and after exercise and also before and after treatments. Don't be put off by the words sport massage, if you feel you just need a relaxing massage I offer this kind of treatment as well to help you relax and de-stress. I am also qualified in taping and straping of injuries (old and new) using k-tape, which a lot a professional athletes use.
