The group takes place this coming Wednesday :) i look forward to attending

Don't forget we have our next Neurodiverse Peer Support Meet this Wednesday 26 November 😍 👀... We have connected with Adam at New Version Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Counselling Services who is already known by some of our attendees as they see him for 1-2-1's ☺️... And he has agreed to come down for part of the session and go through one of the topics on our long list (hopefully the first of many ☺️)

It's a completely free meet-up so no cost to come along, we come together as a group, chat together (but there's no requirements, you can sit and listen too ☺️), we will have snacks and refreshments - then during the session, Adam will also run a workshop / talk during part of the session on managing emotions & dysregulation.

We are also wanting to plan our Christmas meet-up and then also how the group will look going into the New Year and what everyone wants from it ☺️ as it's our group, to make of it what we'd like.

Look forward to seeing you there, whether you've been before or new to the group.

What a great day yesterday presenting at the Brigg Carers' Support Centre doing my 'Reset Your Mind' workshop looking at Mindfulness, Breathwork, Tapping and Guided Hypnotherapy. Had 8 carers in who hopefully left with some new techniques. Look forward to doing another in the near future. Feedback i have received has been very positive.

I am very excited and looking forward to attending the upcoming Neurodiversity Community Meet-Up next week :)

Super excited to announce that following our last meet-up on Bonfire Night, as a group we made a list of things we would like to learn more about to support in our day-to-day lives ☺️... Excited to be partnering up with the Barton United Ladies Football Team. One of two women's football teams i am currently supporting. I am loving seeing women's football continue to thrive

Barton United Ladies are raising money for an incredible cause in supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and raising money for ni**le tattoos for those who have/or are going through treatment. When i saw this, i had to get involved what an amazing thing to do!

There is a donation link on their page and a charity match coming up at Brigg Football Club on the 14th December if anyone can support in any way with raffle prizes etc

I have been made aware by a few of those i support and from a few posts about being nominated for the below competition. It was definitely unexpectated but just want to say a big thank-you for the support and backing since starting the company, it is greatly appreciated :)

I always say to anyone who comes through to my therapy room;

'Once you walk through that therapy room door you have another person backing your corner'
