Excited to be through at Oikos next Tuesday after having to re-arrange previously. Look forward to meeting those who attend :)

Pleased to announce our next, and rearranged, Neurodiverse Peer Support Group with Adam from Neurodiverse Talking Therapy Services (New Version Services) coming along ☺️

We will be back to our usual Wednesday day after this date - and will publish dates for next couple of months in readiness for next week's session so everyone can put in their diaries ☺️... We also discussed putting a name together for the group and also creating a peer support, optional, WhatsApp for those to keep in touch outside of the group dates ☺️

Be great to see as many of you next Tuesday 13 January at 6pm as are able. Next date after this is Wednesday 28 January, so you can put in your diary before full list of dates published ☺️

Just want to say Happy New Year to all my followers old and new alongside all those who i have got to know over this past year. Those who have come through for support have turned into friends and loyal backing and support.

As i approach the 1st year in business with my second company i have been very lucky to have worked with so many wonderful people this last year, the success stories and changes made have been incredible and it was better than i could have ever believed. It was whilst working behind the scenes that i learnt that there is no one better than YOURSELF.

It is that self-belief that i know i doing what i was meant to do to support others to be the best version of themselves, to truly care and inspire.

I have been asked a few times to do more coaching and so in the new year i am starting Performance Coaching both 1:1, in groups and in the Workplace to enhance the following;

- Increased Production
- Clearer Set Goals
- Improve Performance and Communication
- Higher Job Satisfaction
- Meeting Sporting Targets
- Greater Accountability to drive change

Great to be working with the Barton Ladies Football Team. They are such a fab group of ladies with loads of potential and super friendly. Even the potential for me to come out of retirement to play in the charity match this coming Sunday :)

I am incredibly proud to have purchased the new kit and to be sponsorsing the girls for this upcoming season. Women's football is on a great rise and the team is filled with massive potential which is great to see. It will be an on-going commitment over the coming seasons :)

Don't forget we have our next Neurodiverse Peer Support Meet this Wednesday 26 November 😍 👀... We have connected with Adam at New Version Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Counselling Services who is already known by some of our attendees as they see him for 1-2-1's ☺️... And he has agreed to come down for part of the session and go through one of the topics on our long list (hopefully the first of many ☺️)

It's a completely free meet-up so no cost to come along, we come together as a group, chat together (but there's no requirements, you can sit and listen too ☺️), we will have snacks and refreshments - then during the session, Adam will also run a workshop / talk during part of the session on managing emotions & dysregulation.

We are also wanting to plan our Christmas meet-up and then also how the group will look going into the New Year and what everyone wants from it ☺️ as it's our group, to make of it what we'd like.

What a great day yesterday presenting at the Brigg Carers' Support Centre doing my 'Reset Your Mind' workshop looking at Mindfulness, Breathwork, Tapping and Guided Hypnotherapy. Had 8 carers in who hopefully left with some new techniques. Look forward to doing another in the near future. Feedback i have received has been very positive.
