🎉We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Ben Smith on winning Employee of the Month for April 2025. 🎉

Ben has been with JME Care for just under a year, stepping into his very first support worker role, and he's done himself (and us) very proud within that time!

Since joining us, Ben has completed his Care Certificate and is now working towards his Health & Social Care diploma. He’s built amazing relationships with the individuals he supports, and recently went above and beyond, supporting one of our service users on an overnight stay in London.

Ben is always cheerful, dependable, and ready to help at short notice. Ben gives 100% in everything he does. He’s a strong encourager of meaningful activities and brings positivity wherever he goes. 😊

We’re incredibly proud that Ben chose to be part of the JME Care family.

Support Worker, Ryan, took Adam to the Steeltown Bar to watch and even play with a live band! 🎸🥁

Music, especially rock and punk, has always been a huge passion for Adam, and he's an incredibly talented musician who can play multiple instruments. 👏

We are so proud of how far Adam has come, and we can't thank his support team enough for the amazing work they’ve done to build his confidence over the years. Because of that, Adam is able to live out his dreams, and he had THE BEST time!

Some of our service users spent time this week getting creative at the JME Social Hub with gorgeous spring flower arrangements to brighten up their homes 🌷🪻💐

They packed so much into their trip, including an amazing visit to see Wicked at the theatre! 🎭💚

Looks like they even enjoyed a few cheeky 0% beverages along the way 😉

'Beena' has worked for JME Care for a little over 6-years.

Beena is a truly valued member of the team, known for her friendly and approachable nature. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, working tirelessly to ensure that the needs of the service users are always met with care and dedication.

Her deep knowledge of those she supports allows her to provide support in a compassionate way, that makes a real difference.

Beena is also a great team player, always ready to offer a helping hand to her colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment, even bringing in some of her delicious home-cooked food for her colleagues!
