I'm pleased to be introducing Vicky Houldridge who has joined me here to offer our extended hours on a Monday.

Vicky graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2007.

She worked in the NHS for 7 years, gaining promotion to Senior MSK Physiotherapist within the first year, before having a career break to start a family. Since returning to practice in 2020 she has worked for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence & in private practice in Lincoln.

Vicky has post graduate qualifications in Level 1 Pilates with APPI, and acupuncture with the AACP. She particularly enjoys using soft tissue release techniques (hands-on and/or trigger point needling) and taping/strapping as adjuncts to pain relief, recovery and rehabilitation.

Road closures remain in place this morning 9.30am until 3.30pm. Access still permitted to the clinic from Frodingham road if you speak to the workers.

There is disruption outside the clinic today as the road is closed for resurfacing work. Access to the business is still possible, the workers will move the cones to allow you through from Frodingham road.
