I truly appreciate every one of my clients — your trust, loyalty, and continued support mean the world to me. My goal is always to provide you with the highest level of care and relaxation.
Because appointment times are reserved especially for you, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:
⏰ 48–24 Hours Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule 24–48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the service fee is due.
⏰ 24 Hours or Less Notice
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments, require 100% of the service fee.
Short-notice cancellations make it difficult to fill appointments and directly impact my livelihood as a small, independent massage and beauty therapist. Your understanding allows me to continue providing the care and quality you deserve.
