At Kirstie & Kerry’s Home Care and Cleaning, looking after our clients safely is always at the heart of what we do 💙

Just a little reminder about our policy if someone has a fall — if a client is found on the floor, we aren’t able to help lift them. In these situations, we’ll contact a family member or, if needed, call 999 to make sure the right help is there as quickly as possible.

We know this can be worrying, but this approach keeps everyone safe and ensures proper care is given 💫

📢 Cancellation Policy Update 📢

At Kirstie & Kerry’s Home Care and Cleaning, we always do our best to accommodate everyone and provide reliable, high-quality service.

Due to increasing demand, we’ve now introduced a cancellation policy. If appointments are cancelled 3 times, we will unfortunately have to remove you from our client list, as we often have to turn other customers away.
