Consider This

When time is no longer on your side,

And Life has gone full circle,

And the sun is setting in the West,

And you’ve yet to accomplish that hurdle.

Will you look back at time well spent,

Of a Life full of love  and desire,

Of times spent in laughter full,

Of goals reached to which you aspire.

Will your memories be happy ones,

Of Family, Friends and acquaintances new,

Of time travelled across the globe,

Of changing the distant view.

So my friend please take heed,

Lift your head up from that screen,

It’s time to notice all around,

The Red, the Amber the Green.

A simple traffic light system of life

Noticing when you walk into the Red,

Of anger, discourse or fright,

Work towards your Amber Light instead.

Amber is the middle patch of emotions,

Able to stay calm and be decisive,

But better still find your way,

To your Green Light your attention give.

Green is calm, relaxed and at ease,

Nothing can phase us, or move us,

Find ways to laugh or sing,

Lifes best medicines are free of fuss.

So take the time to look at life,

To find what makes you tick,

To learn the easy steps of emotions,

And your Life be the best of the pick.

Hello my dear clients that have stayed with me over the years.

This is just to let you know that the Cabin is open once again mainly on a Tues and Thurs afternoon.

Whilst my doors had to stay closed, I still put the cabin to good use as an art room and produced some pieces for Ritualise in Seaford.

Kates' shop in the High Street is full if all things that aid us with Wellbeing. My paintings come from my mind and I am happy to
hear back from the recipients, what they in turn mean to them. Please pop in a take a look for yourself.
