May is awareness month. Often people don't realise there are an umbrella of symptoms which might come along with being "double jointed", having flexible or unstable joints. Check out SEDSConnective 's info graphic for a summary. Often people assume their symptoms are unrelated.
I find people with symptomatic hypermobility tend to come for Alexander lessons, often when they feel they have tried everything, from Physio, Chiropractic, Osteopathy and massage. Personally I really like working with people with hypermobility and helping empower them with a new toolkit they often haven't come across before.
