A regular Yoga practice can help in many ways, lowering stress hormones, boosting endorphins which improve our mood and sense of well being, activating the lymphatics to remove toxins, strengthening the lungs and respiratory tract to name a few. Our classes start with a short relaxation, some limbering to prepare the body for the asanas (Poses) while working with the breath to more challenging pos
es. It is quite exceptable to modify and adapt the poses if there are physical limitations, making our classes accessible for everyone. Finally we finish with a breathing practice and relaxation.
