Look at this! 🙌 I've been treating a fresh (5 months old) scar with manual and LymphaTouch therapy and we have seen a wonderful change already.

In the first photo, there are clear "bumps" along the scar and especially at the lower part of the scar. When comparing to the last photo, the scar is so much smoother with the "bump" disappeared pretty much completely 😲🥳

It is not just the appearance that can be worked on with scar therapy. Treatment can also reduce sensitivity, tightness and pain ✨️

Ever wonder what it’s like to be a massage therapist? Here’s a peek into my typical treatment day:

🕗 9AM– Start the day with a cup of latte and a quick stretch to prepare for the busy day ahead.
🧘‍♀️ 11AM – First client of the day – a relaxing full-body massage to kick off the morning.
💆‍♂️ 12.15PM – Scar therapy session, helping someone reduce the appearance of a c-section scar. So rewarding!
🍽 1.30PM – Quick lunch break and time to recharge.
🕐 2PM – A deep tissue massage to relieve muscle tension from client's busy week.
💆‍♀️ 4PM– Another scar therapy session to reduce the appearance of a surgery scar.
🛀 5PM– Wrapping up before heading home to unwind.

Every day is different, but each session brings its own reward – helping clients feel better, healthier, and more at ease.

As a holistic therapist l have a wide range of clients I see for a wide range of issues. Some I see for relaxing massages, but the majority of my clients today are women/couples struggling to get pregnant or women with scars. These two are the types of treatments I absolutely love doing. Results are often seen soon and can be life changing in the best possible ways 🙏

Above are some statistics about reproductive reflexology. What I have seen over the years is impressive 🤩 Many pregnancies and many babies. Some of those babies are nearing 10 years old!

Ps. I am still as bad as anything with social media, but please be assured, I am up and running as normal treating scars, doing massage and helping couples to make the 2024 their best year yet with fertility reflexology 🎉

Wow wow wow! For your attention, an incredible before and after pics from my trainer over here. The colour of this scar has changed from red to barely visible white. Another example of the power of scar therapy.

I've been super busy in the background, that's why I am not great at updating my Instagram. Poor excuse, but I have so much interesting stuff going on, so social media tends to be my least priority. 🤦‍♀️

I've now started a nurse degree, so I will become a registered healthcare professional and you can feel even more safe in my hands, and in addition to that I have been preparing for my upcoming acupuncture course. 🧘📖

I promise to be more active here and keep you all updated!
