As you can see Keith's beard is coming on very thick and fast! Chris on the other hand has a very thin and light facial hair but it is there!

An afternoon well spent listening to a lovely violin and piano concert, celebrating Keith’s and Pam 60th wedding anniversary! Mauve and Heather alongside Lois, our star activities coordinator organised today’s surprise. All our residents joined in and had an amazing time. The chocolate cake and tea went down a treat as well.
Przem our maintenance super man took all these amazing pictures with his professional camera.

🐻BBC Children in need 2025🐻
We spent our morning decorating our home made shortbread biscuits and colouring in for Children in need.

BBC Children in Need is a BBC charity that raises money to support disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. The charity supports over 1,500 projects and is known for its annual televised fundraising appeal and the famous Pudsey Bear mascot.

🎆 Remember remember the 5th of November 🎆

We have some amazing new art to hang up at Freshford.
Residents done some amazing firework painting in celebration of bonfire night.
Everyone had a lovely chat whilst painting their fireworks...

Keith said " I love fireworks, the noise never bothered me"
Gladys said " Oh no! There to noisy for me"
Jean said " Fireworks are beautiful"

Residents make some tasty oat and raisins biscuits to enjoy with their afternoon tea.☕

Two of our lovely residents Chris and Keith will be participating in Movember.
Movember is a global movement held in November to raise awareness and funds for men's health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer, mental health, and su***de prevention. It is known for men growing moustaches and beards during the month.

We will be keeping everyone updated on their progress throughout the month. Everyone at Freshford will be supporting and cheering them on throughout ❤
