**Do you experience hip pain? **
Hip joint pain can be experienced in multiple locations. The most common is in the groin, however you can also feel hip joint pain on the outside of your hip and also in the buttock region.
It would be nice and simple if hip joint pain is the only structure that can cause symptoms in these areas, but unfortunately, given the complexities of the human body, this is not the case.
You can get pain from soft tissues in these areas, as well as the potential for referred pain (feeling pain in one location but the pain source is from a different location).
It is important that the correct structure causing your pain is identified to ensure the correct rehab approach.
This is something a physio can help you with. Rather than trying to navigate your way through the wonders of google, let the physio do the hard work 😊
