Are you stiff? Are your toes too far away to touch? Do you get back ache when you get up in the morning? Come to yoga with Rosie, change all that and have fun too!! You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga – you come to yoga to get flexible. Whatever your fitness level you will find a safe and welcoming environment. Her classes are non-competitive and appeal to everyone. In Rosie’s classes you are guided to work meditatively, listening closely to your own body and breath. Discover your inner resources to develop postures as you learn to isolate parts of your body and with small movements make big shifts. All of this happens without grasping but by listening and allowing. Rosie’s teaching focuses on using the breath to deepen and extend the body, mind and spirit.

Just a reminder that I’m away in the sunshine - so there’s no Tuesday or Saturday classes until 13th January.

Hi everyone.

Last class of the year!

Tomorrow, 10am, at St Peter's Church Rooms, Belgrave Road. Silly hats and jumpers are welcome!

We'll be in the big hall, so space for you all. There's a car park and on road free parking.

First class of 2026 is Tuesday 13 January, and the Saturday class will stay at St Peter's, in the upstairs room, until (probably) the beginning of February when the new Con Club opens.

Please spread the word, and I look forward to seeing tomorrow

We enjoyed a morning of yoga, meditation, and Christmas nibbles today.
Our last class at Seaford Con Club before it moves to its brand new town centre location in January.
Dates and details to follow, but keep Saturday mornings aside and come and join us for gentle, traditional Vajrasati yoga to start your weekend 😻
