We received feedback from one of our male clients who has been training with us for five years. He has been suffering from severe rheumatoid arthritis during this time, but he is an incredibly disciplined individual who never lets his challenges interfere with his progress. He shows up every week and gives it his all.

At Gingerfit, we are qualified in GP referral and Cardiac Rehab, and we have extensive experience in dealing with various medical conditions and rehabilitation.
