Most of us have simply been navigating by instinct… learning as we go… doing the best we can with what we have in the moment. To have got this far has taken resilience, determination, courage, and bravery. You’ve worked so hard.

You did the best you could with what you had. So be kind to the you that had no map but kept going.

🙏A reflection back to me of my passion for my practice of Yin & Hatha Yoga & TCM & Energy Balance 🙏

''Pam’s yoga classes are very unique! I have been to many yoga classes across the North East and Pam is the only teacher that emphasizes the connection between the Chinese meridian system and yoga. This is especially important for yin yoga (which Pam teaches) because it has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine, but many yin yoga teachers nowadays do not teach that part in their course. The meridian system is important for me because it helps me to not just focus on my limbs, but also the inside of my body during yoga. Of course, it is possible to get in touch of our internal world with regular yoga practices like breathing and mindfulness, but meridian system helps me visualize my inner world better and thus I can ‘take care’ of all parts of my body better during practice. Yoga is not just about exercise, but is also about finding the mind-body connection and Pam teaches that really well. Even if we just talk about the exercise part, Pam’s classes are very suitable for beginners who may not be confident in their bodies’ strength or flexibility. Her hatha class – a style of yoga considered more active – has a slower pace than most other hatha yoga classes I have been to. Not just what she teaches, but Pam’s way of teaching it also makes the practice easy to learn. Her tone is calm and steady, so when I first came to her class I felt my anxiety dissipate away quickly and my mind and body become grounded easily. I cannot recommend Pam’s class more!'
