Why Our Studio Is Small on Purpose

At Mindfulme Wellbeing, our studio is intentionally small.

Here’s why that matters for your practice:

Fewer people. More attention. Real connection.

We don’t aim to pack the room.
We aim to know the people in it.
Our small classes mean you’re not just following along, you’re being guided, supported, and truly seen.
You’re never just a number here.

We know your name, your story, and your goals. At Mindfulme, we notice when you’re not in class. We remember your injuries, your preferences, and the little wins you might overlook.

Your practice is personal, your studio should be too.
Small classes = deeper, calmer practice.

With fewer mats in the room, your teacher has time to check your alignment, offer adjustments, and create a calm, spacious atmosphere. It’s not just exercise.

Looking to get some fresh air, enjoy beautiful views, and meet some new friends?

Come and join our Family Friendly Wellbeing Coast Walk.

We’ll be walking along the beautiful Seaham coast, it’s a great way to boost your mood and get some gentle exercise.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Get Moving - Enjoy a heart pumping walk along the coast, it’s good for your body and mind!

Calm the Nervous System- Nature has a way of calming us down. Enjoy the sights and sounds as you walk.

Make Friends - Connect with other people who are looking to improve their wellbeing whether that’s alone or as a family and have a chat while you stroll.

Wind Down - We’ll end with a short meditation to help you relax

Every Tuesday from the end of March:
9:30am
5:30pm

Only adults need to book and let us know if you are bringing any children at booking.

Water is provided on each walk.

Yoga for Menopause – 4 Week Course

Join us for a gentle four-week course created especially for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

This small, welcoming class offers a calm and supportive space to explore yoga practices that can help you feel more comfortable, balanced, and at ease in your body.

Each weekly session introduces simple, accessible techniques including gentle movement, soothing breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness, all thoughtfully adapted to changing energy levels and hormonal shifts.

The focus is on easing tension, improving sleep, supporting mobility, and giving yourself time to slow down and reconnect.

What to expect:

One 90 minute class each week for four weeks

Beginner-friendly yoga

Breathwork and guided relaxation

Practical tools to support mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing

A friendly, like-minded group atmosphere

No previous yoga experience is needed, just come as you are. This course is about giving yourself permission to pause, learn what supports you, and feel held in a warm, understanding environment with others on a similar journey.

Starting Sunday 22nd March 8am - 9:30am

Our current winter class schedule…and some of our classes have had a glow up.

Mindfulme is a space dedicated to rest and restoration. Our Wellbeing Hub offers gentle movement, relaxation and mindful practices designed to ease stress, support the nervous system and help you slow down and reset.

Monday - closed

Tuesday - Yin & Exhale 6:15pm
Yin & Exhale is a slow, calming class designed to quiet the mind and gently settle the nervous system before moving into deep, restorative stretches. This session is ideal if you’re feeling busy, overwhelmed, or simply in need of space to pause and reset.

Wednesday - Ground & Flow 6:15pm
Grounding Flow is a gentle, mat-based yoga class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel steady and supported. This class focuses on seated and lying-down flowing movements, creating a sense of ease while encouraging relaxation and gentle mobility.

Thursday - Evening Ease 6:15pm
This class offers a deeply calming and immersive meditation journey, designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself. The session begins with guided breathwork, allowing the body and mind to soften and settle, before moving into a guided meditation enhanced by therapeutic sound.

Friday - No classes until spring

Saturday - Yin Yang 8:30am
Yin Yang Yoga offers a balanced practice that blends gentle movement with deep stillness, creating harmony between energy and ease. This class is designed to work both the body and the mind, combining flowing sequences that build warmth and mobility with slower, floor-based stretches that encourage release and relaxation.

One Sunday per month - EmpowerHer 6:15pm
Our monthly women’s reset is a relaxed session designed to offer a calm, supportive space to pause, recharge, and focus on your own well-being. This session blends guided relaxation, light breathwork, and restorative yoga, giving you time to step away from daily pressures and slow down.

NEW CLASS - Yin Yoga Tuesdays 6:15pm starting Jan 27th

Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective style of yoga that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than the muscles. Poses are mostly done seated or lying down and are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently unwind and release long-held tension.

This unhurried approach supports relaxation, mental stillness, and a more mindful awareness of breath and body.

This is a beginner-friendly class.

SootheMe. A 90‑minute Yin Yoga & Sound Workshop

Sink into deep release at MindfulMe. SootheMe blends slow, supported yin postures with immersive sound healing (singing bowls, gentle gong & chimes and Drum) to unwind the nervous system, soften connective tissues, and restore balance. This monthly workshop uses long-held poses, mindful breath, and resonant soundscapes to encourage emotional letting‑go and deep physical restoration.

What to expect
- 60 minutes of guided yin postures (long holds, props encouraged)
- A sound journey woven through the practice for deeper relaxation
- Calm, meditative pacing
-Meditation

Benefits
- Release held tension and increase joint mobility
- Calm the mind and reduce stress/anxiety

When women gather magic happens ✨

We had a special night for the return of our monthly restorative women’s circle.

The theme was radical self love. Radical self-love for women means intentionally choosing yourself, your needs, desires, rest, and boundaries.

Loving every part of you.

Last night we came together to support one another, listening with open hearts and without judgment.

Our next date is Sunday December 14th and spaces are already filling up.
