The same calming guidance from our hub, now in your living room.

Meditation and Yoga shouldn’t be another item on your to-do list. I’m bringing a selection of my classes online to give us, as busy women, the chance to hit pause in our own space.

No need to rush out of the door or get back for the school run. You can now bring the hub to you and bring your practice home.

Starting with our Meditation and Breath classes which will be available from Monday.

Monday - 6:00am
Tuesday - 7:00pm
Wednesday - 6:00am

Evening Ease || Meditation and Sound

The Chakra Series Returns 21st May.

Starting with Muladhara (Root) we will work our way through the energy centres to explore how each one influences our physical and emotional well-being.

Over seven weeks, we will use specific sound frequencies and guided meditation techniques to target blockages and encourage healthy energy flow.

Week 1 Thursday 21st May 6:15pm: Root Chakra

Focusing on grounding, stability, and physical security.

The Journey: We will then move weekly through the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, and Third Eye, concluding with the Crown.

Expect a combination of intentional breathwork, restorative meditation, and a focused sound bath with reiki drumming.

As always fresh flowers will fill the room absorbing the vibrations and reiki energy from the drum for you to then take home with you.

We can’t wait to bring our loved chakra series back to you.

We are very proud to be hosting the book launch of Magical Menarche.

A book lovingly written by and illustrated by the equally talented artist .by.bethany

Both Ruth and Bethany are big parts of the Mindfulme community and met in the hub. We couldn’t be happier to help launch this very important book into the world.

Book Launch Date and Time:
May 1st ~ 6pm to 8pm

See an exhibition of Bethany’s amazing artwork and buy your copy of the book or have it signed.

There will be drumming, craft, cupcakes and tea.

This event is open to all and free to attend. The mission of this book is to remove shame from periods and empower the next generation. We owe it to them!

NEW CLASS - Yin Yoga Tuesdays 6:15pm starting Jan 27th

Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective style of yoga that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than the muscles. Poses are mostly done seated or lying down and are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently unwind and release long-held tension.

This unhurried approach supports relaxation, mental stillness, and a more mindful awareness of breath and body.

This is a beginner-friendly class.
