Hellooo 👋 It’s been a while 😊

I’ll be back taking bookings from Monday 6th of January and I’ve got a couple of new offerings that I’d like to share with you. 😍

If you don’t already know I also have Raising Hope Meditations where I’ve been running sessions for 5 years, so I’ve decided to combine the traditional Thai foot massage with a guided meditation ✨👣✨🧘🏻‍♀️✨🧘🏻‍♂️✨

I’ll still be offering the Thai foot massage only, which is £25 for 45 minutes.

But now I’ll also be offering a 30 minute Thai foot massage followed by a 15 minute guided meditation for £25. Or a 45 minute massage followed by a 15 minute meditation for £30.

Combining physical well-being with mental well-being for all round balance ✨🙏

Hellooo 👋 It’s been a while 😊

I’ve kinda just been seeing regular clients over the school holidays so I could spend as much time as possible with my daughter, but she start’s college this week so I’ll be fully back to work from next Monday (9th of Sept) ✨👣✨

So it was just really a heads up (or a feet up, yes I’m hilarious) for anyone wanting to get booked in and experience not only the many medical benefits of traditional Thai foot massage, but also how incredibly relaxing it is if you want a bit time just for you 🙏
