On Fridays we Flow 🧘‍♀️🌊☀️

Join us at 6:30pm for our first Flow & Dip session this Friday. We will warm up with a 45 minute flow. Then hit the water for a sea dip after the class (totally optional! 🥶).

Sessions on Fridays are;

9am - Beginners Yoga
10:15am - Gentle Flow
5:30pm - Flow
6:30pm - Flow & Dip

Our Gentle Flow option is for Beginners and also suitable for pregnancy if you need to get your body moving in a softer way.

Join us at the most stunning of locations for some yoga this June. If you’ve never tried it please don’t be scared to come along - we’ve got your back.. and your shoulders and your hips!! 😆

We will work on making everything a bit more flexible and strong while calming and relaxing the mind. Give yourself time. Do something good for yourself. You might just feel wonderful for it!

Do you know we now do yoga at the marina? Our classes are at and oh my!! It’s sooooo beautiful.

We can hear the sea outside while it’s so peaceful inside. It’s just PERFECT ✨ bonus we get to have a bit stretch out too 😆

Friday we have spaces at;

9am/10:15am/5:30pm

Optional sea dip after our final class of the day too 💦
