🌞What an absolutely glorious weekend... just back from a 3 night break at Ullswater camping by the lake and playing on it of course :-)

Did you get to enjoy the sunshine at all?

💚This week I'm running an Extended Yin practice at the Glebe Centre. Tuesday 6:30-8:30pm. There are still a couple of places left if you'd like to come.

💚Also my regular class is going ahead as normal. Wednesdays 6:30pm.

💚My July retreat is almost full... 3 spaces remain. Let me know if you'd like to come (find out more in the link in the comments below)

Sorry to say that yoga isn't on tonight because there's a burst water pipe so the centre is closed.

Sorry to say tonight's yoga is cancelled because I have a nasty cold that I don't want to pass on :(

I'll be back next week... if you had booked on tonight's session I have moved your booking to next week instead.

Dearest lovely yogis, there are just 2 sessions left with me this year before I break for Xmas... still time to come and get your yoga vibe on & feel great before it all goes bananas.

💚EXTENDED YIN PRACTICE
- Tuesday 17th Dec, 6:30-8:30pm

👉Open to everyone, this is a wonderfully healing, restorative & calming practice. We'll meditate, breathe and enjoy some delicious stretches for the body. Expect to feel amazing at the end of it, as well as a little bit stretched & open in the body. No experience necessary.

💚YOGA FLOW (for all levels)
- Wednesday 18th Dec, 6:30-7:45pm

👉Our usual weekly yoga class will include some sun salutes as we let the light shine despite being the darkest period of the year. Open to everyone including beginners.

🎄And then nothing till 2025!!

Yoga my lovelies. Yoga.

Because we can't control everything going on around us, but we can control our reactions, responses and future actions.

In tonight's session we will be breathing. Because breathing is really quite wonderful.

We'll also throw a few shapes known as yoga postures :-)

Also I've just set up a Yin Extended Practice for Sunday 9th June. Due to my shoulder injury & my job (!!) this is the first one of the year and I can't wait for it :-)
