Sometimes you might not get a huge release like you see on social media, sometimes it’s more like ‘popcorn
chicken’!

There’s so many reasons for this from not being relaxed to not being hydrated enough💧BUT this is more than normal for your first session! This is why I wouldn’t recommend a one off treatments, gut health is a JOURNEY and we all know Rome wasn’t built in a day!
