This afternoon we enjoyed a warm and welcoming “Time for a Cuppa”, joined by special guest speaker Jim Ibell. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, share good company, and listen to an engaging and inspiring talk.

☕💙 Dementia UK Event – Time for a Cuppa 💙☕

Join us at Estuary Gardens this Friday 1st May for our Time for a Cuppa event.

We are delighted to welcome Jim Ibell, a local gentleman living with Alzheimer’s following his diagnosis 11 years ago. Jim will be sharing his experiences and talking about how he continues to live well with dementia.

Come along, enjoy a cup of tea and cake, and hear an inspiring story about living life to the full with dementia.

🎟️ Raffle tickets are now on sale at only £5 per ticket for your chance to win a 2-night stay in a beautiful holiday cottage in Anglesey. Tickets can be purchased from Reception from today and on the day of the event.

The raffle will be drawn on Friday 8th May.

All proceeds and donations will go to Dementia UK.

We wanted to say a massive thank you to Daleside Garden Centre for giving us the opportunity today to share just how special our home truly is. It’s about so much more than a beautiful building it’s about community, love, friendship, and new chapters. A home is one of the most precious things of all.

On Tuesday, we enjoyed a fabulous trip to The Grosvenor Garden Centre with some of our wonderful residents, and today you’ll find us at Daleside Garden Centre sharing all about our beautiful Estuary Gardens Care Home.

We’re excited to connect with the local community and make sure everyone knows where to find us 💚

Today we celebrated a very special lady’s birthday 🎂

We set a lovely table for her and her husband in our garden room, where they enjoyed a delicious four-course Italian meal followed by a beautiful birthday cake made by our very own chef 🩷
