A little reminder that your mental health deserves just as much care and attention as your physical health.
Life can feel heavy sometimes - busy schedules, stress, overwhelm, burnout, lack of sleep, anxiety, emotional exhaustion… and often we keep pushing through without giving ourselves chance to slow down 🤍
Small acts of self-care can make a big difference:

💚 Taking time to rest
💚 Getting outside
💚 Talking to someone
💚 Making time for relaxation
You do not need to earn rest
