🤗After 18 months the assignments, case studies and exams are all complete and passed!

💫I use MFR and connective tissue release quite often within sessions and find it can be really beneficial for clients.
📖 I decided I wanted to delve deeper into the ‘theory’ and whole body connection of it all and also learn some more advanced techniques …
I certainly got what I wished for! … it was intense but absolutely worth it and I’m already seeing the benefits it can have.

Apparently a few local markets have been cancelled tomorrow due to expected severe weather conditions, Sadly North Shields Christmas market has been postponed as has Jesmond food market, but if you are looking for a great day out, WE ARE STILL HERE!!! All indoors, lovely and warm, with some amazing stalls, taster sessions, mediums and card readers, Henna tattoos, crystals, candles, tarot, and some gorgeous home baked cakes! Why not come along and support some lovely local businesses and do a little last minute Christmas shopping? We would love to see you 💜
