Who knew - maybe we can play with our feet next week π
Did you know this week is national foot week? (Yes really!!!)
Our feet are so important, developing an awareness of what our feet are doing in yoga translates into the rest of our body for improved balance, posture, alignment and a sense of space around our joints.
So this week in class we will be giving our feet some much needed attention. π£
