Did you know we provide possible life saving information packs?

A 'Message in a bottle' is something you can collect from the surgery and keep at home in case your medical information needs to be immediately accessed by a clinician in an emergency.

Simply fill out the form inside and keep one by your front door and in the fridge of your home. This is where trained medical professionals know where to look for them.

Lions Clubs Message in a Bottle helps save lives. Find out more and order your bottles online today to help in an emergency.
