Today and tomorrow you may see lots of images about the Lion’s Gate Portal but most don't seem to actually explain what it is, which can leave you feeling a bit out in the dark. It's easy to copy and paste "the in post of the day" but I like to offer you just that little bit more 😘.

So what is the Lion's Gate Portal in bite sized chunks and how can you work with it?

Firstly, we are in Leo season, yay!
It's a fabulous cosmic alignment between the Earth, Sirius (the brightest star - look for Orion in the sky) and Orion. This is ancient energetic doorway that has been honoured for centuries - so we basically have an energetic gateway/portal that is showering the Earth with high frequencies!

So how can we work with this energy?

So the 8th Aug is an amazing opportunity for your soul’s voice to be amplified. Take time out to sit and tune into yourself. There's no need to push, just sit and be, because you are inviting yourself to fully step into your becoming. The frequency is bold and radiant so let it flow. This is your moment to connect to what you truly desire – not from ego, but from soul truth. So instead of chasing more… what if you asked for what lights you up?

Those who come to me for Reiki will know I always bang-on about the Solar Plexus being "our place of power". So whilst you are sitting, place your hands on your solar plexus (just above your belly button) and feel those cosmic rays! If you're having Reiki with me today and tonight you are in for a treat!

Once you have allowed yourself to truly listen, write down what came to you, then speak it out loud as you trust and release (kind of a cosmic hand over) to The Universe. The Universe will listen.

You don’t need crystals, charts, or perfect conditions — just intention, belief, and a heart willing to dream.
